Pilates classes Chapeltown, Sheffield, S35.

Pilates is a full body workout. It involves low impact exercises comprising of small controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility and even mood.

Here are some of the benefits of Pilates:

Saturday mornings - 09:30 - 10:30 

Wednesday evenings - 19:15 - 20:15

 

At the Chapeltown Karate Club, 4 Burncross Road, Chapeltown, S35 1SF 

(Located above the Post Office).

Please note: Booking is essential.  No walk-ins and please bring your own mat.
