A Sunday evening event featuring guided meditation, gentle Pilates inspired movements and more to help prepare you for the week ahead.
It will have a different cosy feel compared to weekly Pilates classes. Some YOU time to focus on replenishment, relaxation and calm.
No experience of Pilates or meditation required.

Mat based Pilates classes take place on a weekly basis, Saturday mornings 09:30 - 10:30am and Wednesday evenings 7:15 - 8:15pm Chapeltown, Sheffield, S35 1SF
Suitable for all levels. Booking is essential.
